As the heat wave continues to disrupt my plans of doing iRacing / DiRT 2.0 content, I decided to give the Sonic Delta a second run: this time starting where things ended, with all Hyper Emeralds and Sonic being able to transform into Hyper Sonic right away. Sonic 2 ran a lot smoother than Sonic 1 did, but sometimes Hyper Sonic was way too fast for the stages to handle causing some weird deaths and getting me stuck within a wall in Metropolis Zone Act 3, forcing a redo of the whole Zone a few hours later. I needed to catch a break from that... In the end, all additional and prototype version zones were fairly OK. I need to say this out loud: I HATE OIL OCEAN ZONE.
